Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Elivaria collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when people use the mobile application, related web pages, customer support channels, and connected review content. The policy is designed to give users a clear view of the data lifecycle, the legal and operational reasons for collection, and the controls available when someone wants access, correction, export, deletion, or a review of how their information is handled.
1. Information We Collect
We collect data that users provide directly, such as account profile details, chosen display information, uploaded room-floor images, generated concept history, purchase state, favorites, saved posts, and support messages. We also collect operational data such as device identifiers, log records, app interaction diagnostics, crash reports, moderation status, balance state, and storefront usage events that help keep the service reliable and secure.
Some features request access to the photo library, camera, or microphone. These permissions are requested through the operating system and are only used for the feature that the user activates, such as importing room references, preparing media for social posts, or producing preview content that the user explicitly decides to create.
2. How We Use Data
Collected data is used to operate the service, personalize the interface, generate AI rug concepts, support social discovery, synchronize saved history, process purchases, maintain moderation quality, and respond to customer support issues. Usage data helps us understand whether feeds load correctly, whether concept generation succeeds, whether store flows behave as expected, and whether the app continues to deliver a stable user experience across supported devices.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified analytics to improve layout decisions, content ranking, feature clarity, and store conversion surfaces. We do not use private user submissions in a way that conflicts with the disclosures presented inside the product experience.
3. Sharing and Service Providers
We may share limited information with vendors and infrastructure providers that help us run the service, including hosting providers, analytics services, media delivery services, payment and in-app purchase processors, moderation tools, and customer support systems. These parties are expected to handle data according to contractual restrictions, security expectations, and the purpose for which the information was supplied.
We may also disclose data when required by law, valid legal process, protection of rights, security response, fraud prevention, or enforcement of platform rules. We do not sell personal data as a standalone business asset in ordinary product operation.
4. Storage, Retention, and Security
User data is stored on secure systems and retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the service, maintain lawful records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, or honor user expectations for continuity. Different records may be retained for different periods depending on whether the data supports account recovery, payment history, abuse prevention, or AI concept history requested by the user.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect stored information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or loss. No storage or transmission system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk through layered controls, access limitations, and monitored infrastructure.
5. User Rights and Choices
Users may request access to the personal data associated with their account, correction of inaccurate profile details, deletion of eligible records, export of supported information, restriction of selected processing, or additional explanation regarding how data is used. Depending on the region and applicable law, users may also have rights related to objection, complaint, or withdrawal of a previously granted consent.
Permission settings for camera, microphone, and photo access can usually be adjusted at the device level. Users may also manage in-app history, favorites, and profile details through the product interface where those tools are available.
6. Children and Sensitive Use Cases
Elivaria is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required by applicable law or platform policy. If we learn that information was submitted by a child in a way that should not have occurred, we may remove the account, delete related data, or take other protective steps. Users should avoid uploading content that includes sensitive personal information unless the service specifically requests it for a lawful operational reason.
7. International Transfers and Policy Updates
Because service providers and infrastructure may operate in multiple regions, data may be processed or stored in countries other than the user’s country of residence. When that occurs, we aim to apply appropriate safeguards and operational controls that are consistent with applicable law and reasonable product security expectations.
We may update this Privacy Policy over time to reflect product changes, legal updates, operational practices, or clarified disclosures. When a change is material, we may provide an in-app notice, site update, or another reasonable form of communication before or when the updated policy takes effect.
8. Contact
If you have questions about this policy, how data is collected, how long records are retained, how to exercise your rights, or how to report a privacy concern, please contact the Elivaria support team through the support channel listed in the app or the associated review contact materials. We review privacy requests carefully and respond in a commercially reasonable timeframe.
